Pilot All Stages 360 installation with Iso Fix

I bought one April 2023 and when the tether is connected I can’t use the 360 option. A little disappointed because that was the whole point of buying the seat. I’m in South Africa

Please can you show how the seat rotates once the tether is attached. I have a Chelino seat (different model but also isofix and rotates) and when I asked how it's supposed to rotate while tethered, Chelino staff told me not to use the tether otherwise it can't rotate in the forward facing position. This makes the rotation function useless which is one of the reasons I bought it. I'm now looking for another seat for the new baby and see that this newer model still doesn't seem to be able to rotate with the tether?

Hi, So regarding the previous comment about the tether, do you just leave it off if you want to use the swivel function in the forward facing position. Just received my seat today and want to install in as soon as possible. Thanks in advance
