My Lady! I never write comments, but now I have to. I did most of your recipe and it always turned out super good, they are easy to make with very straight forward instructions. For a not very good cook like me, your recipes gave me the feeling of success and I started to love cooking. Thank you for that! Now you came with this video and I am shocked how much talent you have and hard work you do with your little team. I was in Vietnam, but now I have to go back to enjoy the place by your gastronomy tour suggestion. The video is just so well-made that I cannot wait for the next one. You are blessed and we are lucky to have you!

You have a great palate. The dishes you chose (9/10) are all of my favorites. Coming from a Vietnamese person who misses the motherland so much, you’ve really brought back all the nostalgia for me in the best way possible. Fantastic content.

Oh wow! Well done Nagi, if this is the pilot than we have a true world-wide food party ahead of us!!! I'm seriously salivating as I write this, and the video only further cemented my resolve to visit Vietnam in the near future.

Loved this video as much for the food as for the authentic look at Vietnam!!!! I could't help but think of the way we prepare food here in the US as I was watching all the shops in Ho Chi Minh City!! What an absolute delight it was watching your video, so much better to see on location that show it fixed in a sterile kitchen! Love your recipes, food and now your videos!!! Keep them coming!

Hello!! We started serious research October last year during a holiday to Vietnam, then we went back twice this year to continue researching and do the filming in August/September. This was a side project so we had it on the back burner to do the edits, so it took much longer than it would have if we prioritised it! :) N x

"Locals" "locals" "locals" "no tourists" This obsession with what the locals do is cringe and exclusionary. Reminds me of "I'm not a tourist, I'm a traveller" And if you are from vietnam, then its just xenophobic
