Yes, for the ink, but the tips will vary.

Pilot Metroplolitan?

The Metropolitan is essentially the US market version of the Pilot Cocoon in Japan. I'm not sure what Pilot in other markets will do with the Metropolitan. The Cocoon IS getting a 33% price increase.
