Awesome. I wonder if the air-frame has been reinforced? I heard the announcer say it has 180hp.

At Sun n Fun one year I was witness to a biplane performing a show losing fabric from the top wing and pilot getting out split seconds before it crashed. We were arriving and plane passed right over us as we heard a flapping sound like a flag in a real strong wind... Later learned the rib stitching was done at 2" when aerobatic rating called for 1". ..Pays to follow the rules. He escaped with minor injuries. Chute barely had time to open. Plane went down off edge of field. No one else hurt. Blind dumb luck. In this case yes there is an STC for the upgrade that must be followed for legal signoff. The biplane in that show was a one-of-a-kind homebuilt and that always incurs extra risk.

@ 0:10 I honestly had visions of a disaster. I personally don't need that kind of excitement. Maybe ok in a Jungmeister. With 180 hp.
