@@luisitobardajibenitez8013 From what I've read, the Oda family still exists. The current head of the family can trace his bloodline all the way back to Nobunaga himself, apparently. He's an olympic figure skater and for years he lied about his name because he was worried he'd get special treatment if people found out he was an Oda. The Uesugi and Date families are still around. The current Uesugi head is a famous astronomer and the Date family still has quite a bit of clout in their ancestral homeland. From what I understand, the biggest reason they're still around is because during the Meiji restoration Daimyo were offered positions akin to a European Duke in exchange for their loyalty.
