Pilsbury Castle Derbyshire ¦ Quick tour of Crowdecote Campsite

In this video we take a short walk from Crowdecote campsite to Pilsbury Castle in Derbyshire. I also do a mini review of Crowdecote campsite which is a simple no-frills site set in the beautiful scenery of the Derbyshire Dales.
The lovely Pack Horse pub is just a short stroll away if you fancy a pint or two of real ale and some good food.

Looks great...we are hoping to have a couple of nights away camping next week...this looks perfect...Walked up to pilsbury a couple of times before its a nice quiet area

It is a beautiful area. I still need to cross Chrome Hill off my list, but it will have to wait until my sciatica eases off. The joys of ageing! @@DesGreene Yeah i have been up High Wheeldon via that bloody steep path years ago...its on my list to do again.

@@atrampinthehills.841 That steep path is nigh on vertical. We went up along the ridge, which was more gradual. Descended down the back, which is steepish but easy enough.
