I made this for the wife and she absolutely loved it. The sweetness of the glaze real complimented the spice and heat of the jerk. The wife couldn't stop with the glaze. I had made too much glaze so the next night the wife took the leftover chicken from the night before and made samosas and used the glaze to dip........almost like a tamarind chutney. Big respects on this recipe.
