Thank you! I have one more part coming... I had to do something about those ugly cabinet walls!

This is coming along nicely. The shattering bulb from the auto plunger was funny, we all may or may not have done that. 😂 on cleaning inserts, you could try using like spit or alcohol on a qtip instead of a screw driver rag. Less chance of scratching and or pushing hard enough to pop an insert. At least in my experience.

Thanks! Yeah I don't know why I didn't think about q-tips for cleaning the inserts. I probably just looked at what I had within arms reach and improvised. Definitely going with q-tips for the next one!

Decided to watch the whole series. Great job from start to finish. Great choices on the light colors and leaving the incandescent flashers. Sometimes LED intensity can be too much LW3 GI flashing is pretty intense. Thanks for making the videos

Thanks, that means a lot coming from you! I always enjoy catching your streams and checking out what you are working on

You might want to get a LED OCD board. I also like the brightness LEDs give but I hate the loss of the warm up/cool down period. A lot of programmed visual effects lose fidelity due to LEDs not having thay by default in incendescant machines.

Funny I have a Lethal Weapon 3 as well that looks like your before, and may use your videos as a bible. Even funnier I also have a Phantom of the Opera, but that one is pretty clean... but might get cleaner if you make a video of yours :)

That’s awesome! I swear DataEast games multiply more than any other. I record the videos mostly for myself so I can remember what did, but if they can help somebody else (especially learning from my mistakes) that’s even better I have Google docs with the list of bulbs that I can link and also my list of rubbers that I ordered from Titan (although I need to tweak it a little bit) if that would be helpful

instead of color DMD I suggest pin2dmd, it costs half the price and it's open source. There is a color file for LW3, here a vid of my repaired pin that I sold. basically went through all the steps you went, did not take it apart so much though. The Playfield was ruined, but I put a playfield protector anyways, helps with the balls rolling, when the PF is ruined the texture is different and the balls behave in a very strange way. Color DMD and LED Flashers were also installed. kzbin.info/www/bejne/bpSWnZd-l6xkn68

That DMD looks great! I will consider this option, thanks for the advice.
