Make a fist with either your dominant or non dominant hand. Build up some strenght and courage to quickly release a strong pressure from your knuckles towards the surface of whatever causing your agitation, anger and frustration. Wholly wow! So my lower back went out yesterday after lifting & repotting heavy plants. I’ve been hanging upside down, stretching, & wearing my back brace today. No matter what I do it seems worse afterwards. I tried this for my sinuses & not only did I start breathing better but it’s the only relief I’ve felt with this back pain. Thank you Dr! I was about to have to go to the chiropractor (they scare me really badly messing w the central nervous system) & I much prefer this treatment! 🙌🏼💕
@MariJane06
@MariJane06 7 ай бұрын
Honestly if you go to a good chiropractor they can be LIFE CHANGING, in a good way!! I got rear-ended when I was 19 and it put me in a coma and killed the driver. A few years passed and I ended up going to a chiropractor and he took an X-ray which I hadn't had a whole body x-ray done or even one of my hips because they were so concerned about trying to keep me from dying so they neva caught on to how bad my hips were. My chiropractor told me I had the worst rotated hips he had seen in his 20 years! The X-ray looked like I put my pants on wrong, somehow I Neva realized that when I was laying flat on the ground I could put my right hand under my hip, be on the ground and have like 1 1/2 inches between my hand and hip!! I was all kinds of jacked up!! At my chiropractors office they had physical therapists, a nurse practitioner and a massage therapist so I would use them all and they legit changed my life for the better!! I am so thankful for all the work they did on me, my body was so jacked up and unfortunately I got rear-ended again when I was 25 and my back still hurts and that was back in 2015 but hopefully with all my stretching and meditation I will be pain free soon!! But I would personally highly recommend finding a good chiropractor because they can truly do miracles, in my opinion of course. You could also look into Dr. Joe Dispenza, he broke his back years ago and was told by 4 doctors that the only way to fix it was going under the knife and he did not want to do that. He ended up fixing it himself with meditation and the power of his brain... It might sound crazy but he's no joke, look into him because he too can change your life but you have to be willing to believe you can do it!

I’ve been to chiropractors before. I too had whiplash, & lower back degenerative disk disease & scoliosis. I’ll only go to one who uses a tool that I don’t know the name of, but I like to call “the thumper”. I’ll never again go in & get cracked & popped. Been there, hated that. But I love the thumper, I just don’t know how to find a chiropractor who uses them anymore. I just got blessed with the one chiropractor. If anyone knows what the thumper is actually called, please share! Thanks everyone for the helpful comments 🙌🏼🤗

Where have you been for several years of my life? Thanks to the Most High for sending you now. The other day you showed me about the lymphatic system. The right side of my nose dripping while performing the steps with you. After being in the hospital for a month and few days, with a tube inserted into my nose, that side alway felt dry but with something inside. Your technique cured it. No more dry or seemingly stuffy nose without mucus. Now this technique, I’m smelling and breathing better. I fully thank you. Blessings Doc to you and your family for your loving service to us all. ❤

I have an older female friend who has that nagging nasal drip. My mother also had this same issue. I wonder if there is a reflexology point that helps with that problem? I am thinking that using a neti pot would help but some folks just can't squirt salt water up their nose. 😅

you should do this on all the fingertips. my wife gives me a deep nerve massage about 3 times a week. she does this on all my fingers. i am like a new man. i am 58. one effect is generating hair growth where i was balding. another is.... well i don't need viagra anymore. oh... that would be the pinky fingers. she does this on the toes too.
