All the jokes apart, I tried it right now and it truly works. I was a mess of emotions since the last 2 days. It felt like my body was charged with emotions and I was under so much stress. I decided to hold all the fingers one by one. I first held the thumb and then the index fingers. As soon as a minute went by holding the index finger I automatically started feeling calm and a lot better. After around 10 minutes I even started laughing at some joke I thought. If half an hour ago someone would’ve told me I would feel this calm I wouldn’t have believed at all. I’m leaving this comment here so that anyone who’s here because of any mental health issue knows that THIS WORKS. Trust me I know how worse one can feel due to fear, anxiety , anger, sadness and lack of self - respect. Whoever needs this I hope you find the strength to carry on with whatever task is at your hand.

The thumb and the index fingers help me before and during the exam... The centre of the palm help me during sudden uneasiness and above all the pinky finger helps me during emotional breakdowns....The science behind them us outstanding and I really thank God for installation such mechanisms in us! This is from Jin Shin Jyutsu. If you want to treat your whole body at once put your hands in a prayer position. It doesn't matter if you fold your fingers with palms together or touch both hands together palms facing each other and fingers straight out from palms. You are treating all your meridians, organs and all your body's systems. Do this as often as possible.
