Was there today and there was probably 20ft of space in between each person fishing all around the reservoir, packed!

Woah! I guess maybe just the holiday weekend? That's tough. The fish are competition enough without other anglers. A weekday might be better...

Pretty small. 10-12"ers.

Are there rainbow in the creeks around there?

Supposedly, yes. And some brown trout, too. But I've never tried to fish it. It's pretty skinny water.
