Since doing shambhavi for over a year consistently I experience this at least 3 times a week and it is glorious. Just bursting with the joy to the point where you are laughing at nothing. I have experienced it for almost an entire day a few times, it's intoxicating. In general I feel a basis of well-being almost constantly.

@jessebernard28922 жыл бұрын
@@srl1187 Not sure if this is sarcasm or not lol, regardless: The general basis of well-being is like being well-balanced and at ease, so no difficulty managing that. When it gets to those more elevated states sometimes(key word) it feels like, "well there's no point in doing anything because I feel fantastic, and it's unlikely any physical action will elevate me higher". So it's probably a good thing it doesn't last permanently lol, and one can fluctuate to and from different states of well-being.

The most important part to stress here = practice and take your time! Nothing as important and beneficial as some of your messages cannot be attained in a day or even for some - months and I believe many get discouraged too soon. This is not an instant fix it all type of change - to help ourselves become the person we already are and have improvements is an addition to what we already own. If it took most of our lives to the present moment so incorporating new ideas and practices needs diligence. Practice, patience and taking the time for ourselves is so very important. Dhanyavaad, merci, thank you.

Body means different things to different people.For a child, the body and its functions are unfamiliar and new.A child is coming to terms with the body's basic functions and is learning how to maintain and preserve it.For the youth the body is a vehicle fuelled by hormones and all it takes to Hijack the attention of the youth is Handsome face or Svelt body.For someone in the middle age, the body begins to reveal it's true quality,transient and temporary. Limbs,organs and parts of the body one's unworthy of notice now begins to nag and demand consideration. For the Old, body means Pain and difficulty. -Sadhguru MIND IS YOUR BUSINESS

Why does that matter if Souls are eternal and life is on the continuum. Life cannot be destroyed…only the physical body and even then it changes form. Even though I don’t know what you are referencing exactly, I don’t see this is an issue…esp if he meant souls being liberated and set free from the karmic cycle of birth, life, death, rebirth

Im just guessing really, but it should be something supressed from inside of yourself. The sun of consciousness should melt that over time if you let it shine on that clouds long enough. Don't force anything, just watch it in a loving manner. If you can't digest that, you probably should stay away a bit, or seek help if possible.
