Hie, You can bake it at 180 C until the toothpick comes out clean, which will take the same time as mentioned in video :)

Hey we (me and my sis) tried both the blackforest cake and the pineapple cake they turned out to be lovely. We never before baked a cake and we could make both the cake all by ourselves. Great job chef and Thank You. I must say you teach very well. I found layering the cake a tough job I guess it gets better with practice but nevertheless we could hide our mistakes under the choclate shavings and pineapple pieces. I thought of sending you the pics of our cake but couldn't find photo uploading option in the post and I am looking forward to your video on layering and cake decoration. :)

After making the Crumb Coat, You need to keep it in freezer(for 10-30 mins) or refrigerator(30-40mins).. That makes the cream little cold and stiff.. Which makes easier to spread the final layer of cream. After final layer, you can directly dig in to the cake :) Yes, I'll make some more cakes soon :)

You can bake the same batter in the oven at 180 C for 30-35 mins in a preheated oven :) We just need to refrigerate the cake until it cools down and chills :) Sometimes, if the cake is very moist and soft it can break while cutting. And also, cream will melt if we work with cake that is warm/hot. These are the reasons.

we can use normal milk which we are having at our home in the place of condensed milk
