My favorite cake is a pineapple cake but it’s not an upside down cake. It’s so good, a local diner asked for the recipe and they put it in their rotation! I said they could have the recipe as long as they named it Connie’s Pineapple Cake. I also make a killer lemon cake, it’s a close second favorite.

I love lemon cakes as well with lemon frosting I created a company called naked cakes cuz I don't like a lot of frosting so I just put frosting in between the layers and then I do frosting on top of the cake but that's it

Mama used to make an 8x8 because older brother was allergic to pineapple, she still wanted some but she just made less. We always knew if brother cheated cause he would wake up all welted. 😂 My favorite cake was German Chocolate Cake. Sisters (my May baby) was Boston Creme pie. She liked the pudding. younger brother liked Apple pie hands down. Fortunately for us Mama could bake and do it well. She is 94 Bless her heart. If she makes March... 95. Bye for now. Auntie Am. 🎉

My favorite cake is a Jell-O cake is what we would call it in the east coast over here they call it a poke cake I use a fork instead of a wooden spoon Bell and I just pour my hot Jello mixture over my cake after I poke holes in it and it's baked in a holes in it put it in the fridge let it get cold and then top it with a whole container of Cool whip or whipped topping

@CandyHousley-5454 I usually use the cherry jello or the strawberry Jell-O but you can use any kind you want you can do lemon jello or lime or anything use the blue one LOL but normally I use the Cherry one
