Yellow cake mix ~Follow directions except for liquid, just add the 20 ounce can pineapple crushed pineapple
Icing;
1 8-ounce pack cream cheese at room temperature
1 stick butter room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup of powdered sugar

Thank you. Yes, I skipped the water because the crushed pineapple (not drained) had a lot of liquid in it. I didn't want it too watery.

Dash of salt in the frosting rounds the flavor. Variation: Add some shredded coconut into the batter along with some chopped pecans. For a splash of color add some micro-shredded (very fine), raw carrots into the batter.
