Kurt Cobain was once asked in an interview what he thought the future of music would be....and he answered in one word: Women. I'm a male human...but when I look out across the popular musical landscape, the artists that I find most compelling captivating and creative are mostly women. Artists like Grimes, St. Vincent, Bjork, MIA, and Pixx truly give me hope in the potential of music itself. Sadly, I feel like men have kinda dropped the ball in terms of pushing the creative envelope. And I'm not remotely saying that in some progressive politically-correct way that gives women unearned equality with men(though I am super liberal)....rather, I genuinely feel like the most interesting and novel music happening right now is being made by women. It's refreshing as fuck...and leaves me feeling incredibly inspired and motivated in my own musical, artistic, and overall creative work. I find it sad that some men feel intimidated threatened and emasculated by women who are _objectively better than they are._ If that truly bothers certain guys...why not step up to the high bar being set by these brilliant women? Even though I'm a guy, I honestly find this surge of female creative output to be incredibly liberating and paradigm-changing. Maybe it's time men stop merely _asserting_ their dominance, accept that they've been knocked off the throne(for good reason), and look to their female peers for inspiration and motivation...aspiring to be as good as they are. Anyway....cool channel! Didn't mean to ramble on a feminist rant...it's just what was on my mind. Also, it would be thoroughly awesome to see a new St. Vincent(or Bjork, come to think of it) video made by you show up in my KZbin feed. Got my fingers crossed for that!

Around 12yrs ago i started developing my own artistic alter- ego just through regular posting. Using the first social platforms Facebook, Twiiter etc with the branding, ' Individual Art- for the ❤ of all creation ' I have built up a rather large amount of content. And as a huge admirer of Grimes since the early 2010's for her uber taste, we share the addiction to continual creative conceptions

Man, I had JUST gotten art angles out of my head... Awesome stuff though! Not sure if there would be enough material for it, but I feel like one of these for James Murphy, the front man of LCD Soundsystem could be interesting.

I suddenly have a new found respect for her she is obviously talented and its simply inspirational the way she approaches her music. This is coming from someone who was looking up youtube videos that are critical of her and her work just because i thought she looked annoying. Dont judge a book by its cover. Go grimes go.
