Pink Floyd is an experience and it makes you emotional. The guitarist David Gilmour is the best in the world and his playing hits your soul . You really have to appreciate and admire his playing .Forty years later and I feel the same way as day one . They are the best . Watch “On the turning Away”

If you want to see a "Rock Stars performance" and you get a chance, you should check out, and hopefully react to this same song live at P.U.L.S.E from 1994, I will provide a link if ya wanna check it out....I can recommend many, many songs if you want to continue your journey into the Pink Floyd universe.... A couple of tips because some of us Pink Floyd fans can be pretentious, NEVER interrupt/pause a David Gilmour guitar solo and headphones are highly recommended.... Keep up the great honest reaction. Stop as much as you want. A bit of advice. Best listen to with headphones - it makes a HUGE difference - you will hear more instruments, more subtlety, better vocals, etc. You do yourself a disservice and your audience if you dont listen with headphones - you will be amazed/ Otherwise keep up the honest reactions - also, bands that are the most famous you can start off with LED ZEPPELIN "Stairway to Heaven" AC/DC "Back in BlacK" Deep Purple "Smoke on the Water" and many many more = a long journey of music awaits. PS If you want to see one of the greatest live performances check out QUEEN live in Montreal "Somebody to Love" - one of the best front men of all time - and you may not know the band but you know their songs "We will Rock You" and "We are the Champions" .
