I've gotten the painful chest thing too! It sounds just like what I get! I'm so glad I'm not the only one~ I think I'm rather prone to them. Def talk with the doctor, but for me, it usually gets better the longer I go without making it hurt. And then the more you accidentally make it hurt, the worse it gets- hurts more easily and hurts... sharper. If it gets to the point you can't rest or sleep because you can't find a position that doesn't hurt, I recommend taking a pain killer so that you can sleep and relax your body, which will help it heal and be better when you wake up. But of course, see a doctor! :D Love the hair and the wall!
