For anyone who’s depressed over the clapping here: You have to remember, on talk shows like these the audience is usually directed WHEN to clap, and sometimes on TV there are cuts made to look like the audience is reacting to something being said when they’re actually either reacting to something earlier or something completely different. Both of these tactics are done to give the host more credibility and make more people inclined to watch them. It’s sadly very common, especially on cable tv.

To me, a chef is someone who has a culinary degree, or has dedicated at least 15 years of their life to the culinary arts. Obviously with some exceptions here and there. So if she hasn’t done either of those there’s no way in hell she’s earned that title.

When she talked about some professional food company taking a hand in her business, I was kinda happy that she was moving forward.
