Pink Valentine's Day Sugar Cookies - No Artificial Food Coloring

Hello there,
in this video, I'm showing you a delicious recipe for strawberry sugar cookies with a beautiful pink color, completely free of artificial food coloring, perfect for Valentine's Day. Learn how to prepare these tasty cookies that not only look amazing but also have a beautiful strawberry aroma. I hope you're as excited about the beautiful pink color as I am! Happy baking!
Ingredients:
(2 baking sheets of cookies, about 30-35 cookies)
- 125g softened butter
- 75g powdered / icing sugar
- 1 egg, M
- 2 tsp vanilla
- a pinch of salt
- 230g all purpose flour
- 30g freeze-dried strawberries (amzn.to/4bmmunS)
For decoration:
- 100g chocolate
- freeze-dried strawberries (amzn.to/4bmmunS)
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 190°C on the middle rack for 6-8 minutes.

You would travel to Germany for that? 😏 I actually had a dream of having my own space, whether a cafe or a bakery, but there is always something that stops me as I am not sure it is quite something I would actually enjoy on day-to-day basis..
