I will take you with me on my journey to my feel-good weight. But getting there is not my actual
goal. My goal is to stop falling into the yo-yo trap. I'll take you with me in my vlogs and show you
what I eat and how I'm getting back into sport. I've been on a number of diets in the past, but the
success was usually only temporary. I haven't gained any weight with intuitive eating, but I
haven't lost any either. My plan is to combine intuitive eating with calorie counting and NEVER go
below my basal metabolic rate. I want to feel completely comfortable with my body and
therefore definitely "not stay as I am". For me, intensive soul work is part of this process.
