I think it will be very hard to normalise the perception LGBT and the perception of many people and acceptance especially our neighbouring countries are very hostile towards LGBT. It will put tremendous pressure into Singapore. Singapore will remain a very neutral and tolerance stance towards the LGBT committee.

This is why Thailand and Singapore are so progressive, Malaysia could never. Malaysia allows child marriage but discriminate the LGBTQIA+ community. If Singapore still has a long way to go, then Malaysia is the equivalent to the way of travelling from Earth to another habitable planet because that is how little hope we have in Malaysia.

Since the Religious Right had lobbied parliament to change the Constitution to define marriage. Pink Dot should lobby Parliament for SAME SEX PARTNERSHIP ( don't have to use the term Gay marriage). Partnership will include all the Rights of a heterosexual marriage ! 😊
