these 2 doing commentary reminds me of J.R (Jim Ross) and Jerry the King Lawler From old WWF days. The little back and fourth's, one very professional near 95% of the time, the other a joker lol. it's really a welcomed added bonus of entertainment to this tournament of already extremely skilled, and entertaining individuals. i hope to see, and hear more of this in upcoming events :).

Big Jon is my absolute favorite commentator so far (though they've all been pretty fantastic!) and Andy is my absolute favorite runner.... But damn, I need to go back and watch PinkKittyRose's runs! She's incredible!

The first AlttP randomizer I watched was an Andy vs Christos series. I really liked Andy's consistent playstyle from the start, where he goes for the most efficient routes and consistently good plays rather than going for risky sequence break gambles. But I'm also really liking PKR's playstyle, where she tries to spice things up a little with alternative routes, while still taking the logic into account and planning ahead. Good example in this run is East Palace. It wasn't the most efficient route, because you might find everything for PoD and so be able to clear two dungeons at once. But it was still a very good play, as the game was really telling you to go that way by giving you all the items, and it ended up paying off with the boots.

PKR made a very good decision with the early clear of Eastern, which meant she had boots through POD while Andy didn't. That could have been decisive, but then she made a few blunders which negated the lead: She went up to death mountain without the hookshot requiring a mandatory double-dip there, and her double-dip into skull woods. After that her routing became a lot more conventional, an early bail-out from TR, or going left-side swamp first could have saved her.

Well, she was haunted by the memory of a previous flipperbail that doomed her. There was also the race with what I think of as The Great Mire Screw. Pink had to dip into Pendant TR for progression and bailed immediately after getting the Flute, presuming herself to be in Go Mode. But she did not have the right medallion to enter Mire. Because said medallion was a little deeper into TR.

The name Hebra Mountains is a reference to the japanese localization of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past in which the Light World version of Death Mountain is known as Hebra Mountain as the name Death Mountain only applies to its Dark World equivalent in the japanese localization, while both localizations are known as Death Mountain in the english localization.

Pink having some early-game lag there :C The commentators must be chat a lot of the time, with how sadistic they're being. Oof, Pink's mixed-bag routing... And getting nailed by Trolldorm.. I think Pink got jebaited into finishing TR after the Flippers ins by the memory of the Great Mire Screw - the same reason she started allllways checking the Mire Medallion requirement ASAP. ADDENDUM: And the Flippersbail that bit her in the arse that she mentioned afterward. Half-expected Pink to drop a spite bomb on the Big Chest in Swamp. Interesting seeing Pink do Silverless Ganon when she didn't need to. Also interesting that you actually _can_ slash him for that instead of spinning, at least with the Golden Master Sword
