+Scrapn Life Away I know it... I definitelty want to do another but I cant ustream with my phone because then I cant see the chat... I cant youtube live stream because its not available on mobile and i dont have a laptop that works PLUS I have no way of putting a laptop on my desk to use to record anyway... I just wish that ONE of the big name live streaming sites, come out with a good all in one thing... somewhere that you can use your phone or tablet to stream if you want OR your computer and webcam and be able to see the chats easily and are easy to use... and that doesnt exist. I can use periscope on my phone but wont be able to keep up with the chat on that one well enough. I dont know but Ill have to figure something out. :)

That is awesome. I'd quite forgotten that the cover was an old envelope until you were showing the back cover. I think my favourite pages are the inside cover pic as it appeals to my inner child and the flippy page. Glad you are sounding better and brighter. Hope that reflects how you are feeling. So many clever elements that I've never seen before. I have seen parchment paper used in junk journals for a few years, and I've never heard anyone say that glue or tape didn't stick. Thanks for the advice.

+Lynn Gasorowski Thats easy and I made a video a while ago on how to do it,. I didnt show how I did it but I talked about it... but there are other videos out there that would show you. Its easy peasy! just a bit time consuming. You would want to take an afternoon to do it and make a bunch at once so you didnt have to do it all the time. 🐩🐩

I love this journal!! but, without sounding like a dink, the whole point of parchment is the no stick feature lol. I'm surprised the ink from the stamps didn't bead up, so it's not a waste. I like it! your so fancy! ❤

+Take The Cake Diaper Designs Thats true but i thought maybe some strong glue would hold... but oh well. I used stazon ink which is why it stayed. In one of the comments above suggested using clear gesso and then sticking stuff to that... which is a great idea!!

Try really coffee dyeing your parchment paper, then use glue. I make envelopes with mine and decorate it with double sided and hot glue and it works;) great job, love the book

I love the look, feel and sound of parchment paper in journals. What INK did you get to stay on it? I tried to use some sharpies and they come right off. But it is a nice “sheer curtain” in these journals and stapling, paper clips, designer clips, they all work. I’ve come back to this video because I 💕love 💕 this journal and enjoyed spending a lazy Sunday watching it come together. It’s delicious! I love the lace, the cover is adorable! I want to hold it, squeeze it’s chunkiness and listen to all the crinkle treasure that is inside. I know whoever received it is still loving it. I’m going to sit at my desk now, and pull out one of my journals that I need to finish, while another video of yours keeps me company. 😘

You can just let me know what you want and your budget and ill work within it :) I like to let people choose their own price for certain things this way they dont feel they spent too much, ya know what I mean? Unless money isnt much of an issue of course but I find that most people like the idea of having a homemade item that they got to choose the price on. That doesnt mean a 10 dollar journal would be as embellished or as large as a $40 or $60 one but I can do nice simple yet still beautiful cheaper journals :) Anyway, if you're interested, email me [e-mail] Keep in mind they take up to a month to complete give or take a few days. :) Thanks for watching :)

You have mad skills. I love the variety of special touches that you jammed into that chunky monkey. And regarding that blasted timer going off throughout every video. I could NOT figure out what the deal was!! Why is there a timer going off every few minutes??? How freakin' annoying! THEN at one point you gave the explanation and everything became so clear. LOL I'm thrilled that someone generously offered you a camera. I realize this was over a year ago, but I hope it all worked out well. :-)

Dwyllis Harrison I was just about to say to you......then I looked at your name lol, hi honey, this is the one person that has made me want to make my own journal, before I was happy buying one (in February when they are reduced lol) then as I went along I'd draw and write whatever I felt like, but now I want to do one, I did a loo roll one it was crap......lol. I have just seen again the little girl one that looks black and white goes to colour, so you have given me a great idea for my Irish dancing granddaughters birthday in January......thank you xxxx

FANTASTIC finished Journal. Have you thought of sewing on your parchemin paper? My favorite was watching the whole process from start to finish. I know you probably already sold or swapped it but for price I would offer a bare journal with ephemera kit for $30,00 and embellished journal for $60.00 as you really load it up to the max. LOL

Omg!! love love love this!!!, can I love it anymore ya lots more. I have spent my Sunday afternoon watching all the videos. I'm just very new at this craft and have not made a journal yet. I need to get more supplies and can't go out all at once to buy the them as money is tight, that being said did you sell this journal? I love it so much I would come up with the money some how. Then I notice this was taped back in March. So I'm sure it is gone. Hope you made some money on it as you put a lot of time and effort into it. I love watching your channel because you are real. Those cuss words I don't even hear as I'm so used to cussing myself and have a nasty vocabulary at times lol. I'm learning so much from you. May you be well and take care.

+Colleen Drewitt Hey Colleen... that is a piece of acetate and the card is called a magic slider card, you can look it up on youtube for a tutorial... I plan on making a video... well actually, I already DID make the video but that was back before I had gotten my awesome camera and so the sound didnt record so I deleted it but never had the time to remake it, but i plan on it soon I hope! :)

+Take The Cake Diaper Designs Ohhhhh good thinking!!! Yes that might work, i think ill try it and then get back to you. I know i could use paint or white gesso but i never thought of gluing over that... but the clear gesso is brilliant because it shouldnt affect the color or anything! :)

Have you moved house now? So new craft room? I moved two and a half years ago and my craft room is a no no, my hubby fitted it out for me with kitchen units and shelves, but then he did the unthinkable, he emptied all my boxes of stuff out onto the tops etc, as I'm disabled it's a nightmare for me to even go in there........grrrrr anyone live in Suffolk England......come help lol xxx

Ahhh!! I know just where you are. We had to make space for some family to move in with us. Several different times. My craft stuff all got piled into another room, then in another room, then onto the back porch, then into a room again. I’m not well enough to put it right. If I ever do, anyone needing to move it will have to go through my Glock! As it is, I wade in and out to find stuff and craft upstairs, which of course leaves the supplies on the kitchen table during the project, or the living room couch and ottoman. “Woe to those who bring ruin to a crafters organization.”

Absolutely gorgeous journal, I love it, love all the little cards and tuck spots, and the inside front cover is amazing, going from black/white to colour, so clever :) How did you get the stain so good on the ledger paper, I like how the pattern came out on it? I really like that cigarette coupon book, I never get anything like that over here (mind you I don't smoke) but I would love that book, wonder where I could get one? You decorated it beautifully! Susan, you can get those cigarette books if you go onto the cigarette companies websites, like Camel and marlboro and signing up for their coupons... then you will get them in the mail!
