I feel so bad for so many sellers that take such crap from buyers who buy during horrible weather. My friend is a seller and the amount of people that demand money back because the plant died during shipping, because there temps were below ZERO is honestly astonishing. Lol or when it get stuck in transit. And they take the hit for selling on Etsy or even eBay. Even with their terms and conditions. Ugh, so frustrating. Lol So thank you for being honest to everyone and saying it really isn’t on the seller, we take the risk for buying during “uncertain” weather.

Thank you for your very informative videos, Christine! I just ordered couple of plant supplies from your Amazon website. Question: where and what brand did you get that sharp cutting sheer that you use to snip off dead roots? Also, I must thank you for sharing those very informative Healing With Food Videos! I am now very inspired to start making green and fruit smoothies! LOL! Is there a blender that you prefer for making fruit and green smoothies?

Hello Christine, I ordered a few plants from Greenspaces ID, I have not received them yet, I am so excited. I also ordered from another grower Tropical Green Shop also in Indonesia. The Verigated Monstera is beautiful no issues but my Anthurium Crystallinum Dark had four beautiful big leaves but they were broken partly at the base of the petioles! I was heartbroken. I need your advice. The roots are looking very healthy, can I pot up what is left in Leca? I am so afraid I am going to totally lose this baby. Can you tell me how you would handle this issue? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
@Nniikkii873 жыл бұрын
Omg omg omg I’m panicking!!! Anyones advice would be greatly appreciated. I didn’t know where else to go lol. I had a spray bottle with alcohol, dish soap, and water mixed. Not a lot of each ingredient more water than the other stuff. I don’t know WHY or what made me unscrew it and water my plant with it. 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️. Did I just murder my plant 😢😢😢 will it be fine? I feel sooo stupid!!! I’m so mad at myself
@Nniikkii873 жыл бұрын
More info..it’s a huge salix caprea aka weeping willow I got awhile back at meijer grocery store. I don’t have ANY soil on hand at the moment. I just took it in the shower and rinsed and “rang” out like a sponge. Never realized how just a drop of dish soap can make so much soap! I did that over and over again. Until water started running not soapy..and put it back in the pot. I DID have some orchid bark so I put some on the bottom of the pot and on top to hopefully achieve something 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️. I’m going to cry if this baby actually “weeps” and dies 😢😢😢

Has Christine stopped posting videos? Does anybody know?
@StephanieZeleny3 жыл бұрын
I'm curious how you are able to import plants since you live in AZ. I can't buy plants online from retailers because they don't allow plants to be shipped from out of state without quarantine and inspection.
@christinekobzeff3 жыл бұрын
Hi Stephanie! Imported plants go through inspection and quarantine before they ship. But it sounds like domestic US sellers aren't shipping to you? That's weird, yeah I haven't experienced any issues when ordering any plants online domestically or internationally. Perhaps it's only certain domestic retailers? Or maybe some states have different regulations?
@StephanieZeleny3 жыл бұрын
@@christinekobzeff Arizona has regulations. None of the large plant and tree nurseries will ship to Arizona. You have to buy trees and plants from retailers on Arizona. I'm talking about places like Fast Growing Trees, Parks, or any online stores that sell live plants and trees. They all have a disclaimer that the do not ship to Arizona. I live in NM now but plan to move to Phoenix metro so I have been looking into trees to plant after I move.
@rebeccahenderson77613 жыл бұрын
No, the spray on the roots does not help the plant. It is specifically to kill pests and it is harsh.

@christinekobzeff3 жыл бұрын
My channel is a place where I share my real life passions, hobbies and projects I'm working on. You're welcomed to check out my video on "why my channel changed" I explain more about it there. But basically I did start making changes on my channel a couple of years ago as I wasn't feeling fulfilled with that content anymore. However, I always take note of everyones video requests and questions, so I can make sure to include them into videos whenever possible. Overall I just love sharing things I have a passion for, I find Earths treasures to be really fascinating, and I'm driven to learn more about them. Life is extremely short and we should always allow ourselves the freedom to grow and evolve.
