I like the continuous line drawing of the legs with roller skates. I like the wonkiness of continuous line in general. I also really like the lady with a long neck. I like the color palette and your portraits are always so expressive. I liked the person in the jacket with colorful patches too. What medium did you use for the egg in the skillet? You said the skillet is in liquid charcoal but not what you used for the fried egg. I also like your pastry series, esp the ones like the croissants and the raisin roll where you see glimpses of the acrylic background within the object. It looks really good with the bright acrylic kind of like highlights on the brown pastry. You should do a class😊 Pastry Party anyone? lol.

For the egg, the white is just the paper. And the yellow is water-soluble crayons, but it could be watercolor as well. For the pastries, I thought about a Pastry Party, but it will be Flower Party first!

Your drawings are beautiful!! A lot of times where you said - that is really not that great - I could not understand why you did not like the things that you have painted. I had to look up a parallel pen as I've never heard of them. I'm just getting into fountain pens so I don't think I would like the parallel ones but who knows? I also just picked up a brush pen and am getting used to that as well. My favourite one was the same as yours, the woman in sunglasses on two pages. Also, love the egg and the chickens.

Parallel pens are meant for calligraphy. Some people achieve great drawings with it. I guess I have to practice more.

Gorgeous consistent work again! Did you make your own waterproof ink brush pen, in brown ink? I am struggling getting used to the brush pens by Pentel :-( and they bleed onto the page

I use a Sakura Brush pen, it's finer than the Pentel, it doesn't bleed. I have this set: amzn.to/41pgAjb

Your sketchbook is beautifully done, very interesting. The paper may feel weird but it doesn't bleed through, and it hasn't curled much. Unless you want to spend a lot more I think 🤔 🤔 perhaps sit back and read the comments. 😊
