This channel is the first and only place I've heard the word "smoothen" used instead of using "smooth" as a verb. Love the credits from '90s Saved by the Bell meets halloween aesthetic though!

Awesome work, but please consider an alternative to plastic straws! It's so important that we make even little changes to improve how we use resources and the impact it can make on our environment! Small steps is the start to change 👍

2:10 and that’s exactly what it is so why eat it? 😖 I’ve been vegan for 9 years and still alive and never use one embryo in my baking! Use Aquafaba fans, flax egg or a multitude of other options out there that doesn’t include this! I also use the reverse creaming method which is what he’s doing here but I add Apple cider vinegar to my almond or soy milk and that along with baking powder levels the cake just fine and then add in vegan meringue and whip that in and it’s the moistest cake ever!

An embryo is term for a fertilised egg during development. The eggs used in cooking are not embryos - they are not fertilised and wont develop anything. The medical/anatomical term that would be equivalent to the eggs we use in cooking is... eggs.
