I can’t believe that Pioneer came up with a synth thought for Live use that goes out of sync when you switch presets...The fact that they have not fixed the issue is even more surprising

Nice presentation braaaa. I'm a Chilean guy who is just chilling, you got it :D. Chilean chilling Chile :D 29:40
love jamming no matter what it is.. Most the time i jam in the studio it takes me a good hour until I hit that sweet spot. Arm and record.. thats how you build up your material and get to know a drum machine/synth out.. it will only take a matter of time until you are confident in it.. this is newish and i really like this setup. curious about the dynamics of the TORAIZ SP-16.i know they use Burr Browns.. and thats really high quality.. however cdj's are at 192Khz and this is 44.1so i'm wondering if there will be a 192k version coming out.. I digress cook video nonetheless

If the best sequencer made the best music, the best typewriter would write the best novel. Hufff...

You're right, but it's not that simple. A good sequencer can allowed you to find rhythms you'll never find in a DAW for example. You touch things, you place it, you can add FXs on the fly. I think on a DAW, I am more theorical than with a external sequencer with special features in the box. But you're right, you don't have to buy the most expensive sequencer to make good music. You can do bangers with just a mouse and a computer keyboard. Sequencers are also a perfect way to do music without a computer.

Not bad considering it's scale and just 16 steps aka one bar loop. That over priced mixer helps alot though. 🙂

AS-1 are amazing! but SP-16 seems too overdosed to play live, even for the maestro KiNK

23logaritam you’re absolutely right...they should at least give the guy a chance to do some homework and get at least a bit familiar with the gears...to be fair ...as you said how can you go wrong with programming drum patterns ...it’s a shame ...really
