I did this EXACTLY as shown above. I followed it step by step. I now have a refrigerator full of beautiful, grayish brown strawberries.

Grayish brown? 🤔 this will happen when the colours are blended together too much causing a murky finish. It's important to make sure the white layer in between is nice and thick. Also, fluidity is very important. All my strawberries are made using my 50/50 method. Watch 'how to melt chocolate' and '5 most common mistakes' to get a good understanding of a perfect recipe for strawberries 😉

For those wondering how to let them set, my suggestion would be to hold and twirl them until they no longer drip, then insert the picks in styrofoam until completely set. Setting them on parchment or waxed paper, while wet, would mar the surface. Awesome video! 👍

Lovely. Perfect for so many occasions. Note to beginners: chocolate dipped strawberries can get moldy very quickly. Best to make them within a few hours of your event. Refrigeration might help some…but it can also cause condensation on the finished product which can dull the shine. I hope to try this design some day soon.

Hello there. I am working on turning my home made sweets into a side hustle then a business. A customer who bought some fudge saw some blue swirled strawberries I added to my menu, as a product highlighter, and wants some for Valentines day in 2025. I havent made those in about 5 years and forgot a few details. After watching your video, i remember, especially about the temp of the strawberry and vanilla/ chocolate. The bonus is a thank you for what to do with the left over vanilla. That was genius!🤩 This no waste method will help me save time and material by using less chocolate. This will also help me keep my prices affordable. I really appreciate how you mentioned dark turns to milk chocolate after being mixed with the vanilla.
