Hey TK ! Small question : you're talking about focusing on a precise ICP, but what about niches? FE : I want to focus sales team in general, I have some experience as a car salesman. Should I create some posts about car sales and the solution that I'm offering to this car industry, or should I just create some more general posts and more generic manifesto knowing the fact that I want to focus also on other sales niches in the future (such as insurance, finance, law, real estate, etc.)? I'm thinking that focusing on multiple niches at the same time will lose me, but at the same time I know I have competitors that are going to take these other niches if I don't do anything, and moreover I'm scared of niches that are thinking that I cannot provide service to them while I'm showing I'm a car industry expert. Thanks a lot TK !

If you can code, then a lot of capital is not required to start. If you don't know how to code, then it's hard to start a software company with no capital.
