Piper’s Warning to his Master

"Piper's Warning to his Master" is an old tune with a great story behind it. The ghost of the piper can still be heard playing on the battlements of Dunstaffnage Castle on some dark and stormy nights. I play it here as a slow air on the Scottish small pipes, two things that will not sit well with some people in the piping community. I wanted to present this tune on the Highland pipes, but I'm still recovering from a respiratory infection and unable to blow the big pipes. The pipes were made by master pipe maker, Ray Sloan.
