You're absolutely correct in the process of lighting ones pipe. I've smoked pipes and cigars off and on for years and recently took up pipe smoking again full time. I am by no means an authority on anything, let alone pipe smoking and I appreciate your video on the matter. I noticed I was re-lighting my pipe too many times during a smoke session and that my draw was tasting "burnt". I applied your method and let me just say, it really made a difference. Less re-lights means a more pleasurable smoking experience and a tastier tobacco. I'm happy to have stumbled across your channel. I've subscribed and look forward to watching your content. I prefer matches but most of the time I use soft flame lighter. But I have some non-sulfur matches that are fantastic! It's like they're specially made for lighting pipes.
