i have to this point out, while most of the animation is inspired by the OG animation, but they have original animation ideas that make this so much more special and tethered to the sonic fandom and animation visual ideas too. 0:20 using the ring is a real cool visual 0:28 THIS is one of my fav visuals, AND the sound effect really hammers it in! 0:37 i love this add in, really makes it feel like their in a chaotic game level of her own design! 0:51 this pose change really fits! 0:55 I LOVE the use of the gem 0:59 another of my top fav visuals, this makes it REALLY feel like a game level, and the GUN LOADING AND SWINGING WAS SO SMOOTH! and i love the lil detail of her head going down as Amy moves on her back! 1:03 again more game level inspiration! i love this so much!! 1:17 i so love the running animations of sonic so this is such awesome shot! all around very inspiring and amazingly thought out and done with all the bit work and animating just like the old games look like!

I loved Surge and Kit's introduction to the IDW series. They may have been designed by Dr. Starline to be copies of Sonic and Tails, but their personalities and backstory were just so different and tragic, that I couldn't help but be drawn to them.
