Quartals i completely agree that captain really sets the mark with how he carries himself and his beliefs. theres a real human element coming through and he has a conscious and the rest of the crew follow with that same trait. this was amazing to watch. they really are so smart

This was a great documentary. I loved every minute of it. Reminded me so much of my own years of sea service in the Royal Navy. Miss the life so much, if I wasn’t so old (69) I would be back there like a shot. Very proud of how those Danish sailors handled the situations.

I commented four years ago and the episode before this and I have to say again well done to this Danish crew and Captain I miss being in the U.S. Navy and I am a Gulf War veteran we did vbss operations in the Persian Gulf that is visit board search and seizure it was exciting we did a lot of Helo Ops small boat Ops but what an adventure I miss it all so to all the crew God bless well done and Godspeed or Til Valhalla ...

This was one of the most moving documentaries I have seen… the pirates got off lucky, and it’s a shame that more couldn’t be done to prosecute them . Glad the hostages were safely home. Bravo to Denmark . Thank you for sharing this awesome video.

The super brave people who step up to be interpreters deserve a lot of respect and special recognition. They risk not only their own lives, but their entire family’s lives simply if their identity is found out. It’s an unbelievable risk that none of us can really imagine or appreciate. They really should be granted any request they ask for when their job is done.

Yes and no. I think alot support it to some degree. from "more funding for the armed forces" to "they do a decent job but no more money" but there is also those who which to more or less nuter it even more and have our only defence be a voice mail that says "we surrender" in my personal opinion, fighting a war is not always about winning, but more about drawing a line in the sand, look at Finland in the winter war. Technically they lost, Russia/Soviet union got the land they wanted but who do you consider a winner? I'd personally say Finland, and luckily Denmark doesn't fight alone. NATO is a great alliance. love it or hate it from a political standpoint, that is up to your own jugdement. But for the soldiers, it's nice to know you have reliable and talented soldiers from foreign countries to back you up.
