Heerlijk, maakte het in het verleden met boemboe soto en besenek, maar zo is het veel lekkerder

De kippevellen zou je nog even krokant kunnen bakken in hete olie en bovenop de soto doen als garnering!

I have three Ayam Cemani, two of which are roosters. I know that the meat of them is supposed to be extra special, but I can't bring myself to kill any of my chickens. Ah well. I will just have to get one at the store.
