Dunno if it does this but pissing on someone should apply the Jarate effect like in Team Fortress 2. All attacks on the target are (mini) crits for a duration and invisible enemies (Nightkin) are revealed.

As much as I dislike the legion, The fact the Ranger hitsquad gives you time to get your rep up is a clear example of the constant NCR fumbling that lets the legion do what they do. These larpers in football equipment know how to do their job better than you ffs

Most of the time meeting a hitsquad early game is scary (especially legion), since you got poor equipment and they kill you very easily. Meeting one mid-late game they aren't a threat but instead free caps.
