Pistachio ice cream with ice cream maker

Pistachio ice cream is certainly one of the favorite flavors. To obtain a product of excellence you need to use good raw materials such as, in this case, the famous "pistachio from Bronte". Therefore, it is not the quantity of sugar that makes it "tastier" but the "ingredient" that makes the difference. In this recipe the ingredients are well dosed, all natural and which do not exceed in fats and sugars, thus making this ice cream less caloric but with an "exceptional" taste and consistency. To stay in line with the orientation of this channel, I propose a 230 g portion. pistachio ice cream (for a total of 495 calories) as a valid substitute for a meal: lunch or dinner. Satiety, satisfaction and no deprivation: this is my philosophy. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
INGREDIENTS (PER 1 KG. OF ICE CREAM):
600 ml. whole fresh milk; 150 ml. fresh cream; 180 g of sugar; 5 g carob seed flour; 30 g dextrose; 80 g pistachio paste (pure Bronte pistachio)
