Baked at 325 degrees for 1 hour 10 mins. (Time may vary depending on your cake pan and/or oven.)

3 Cups Swans Down Cake Flour
3 Cups Sugar
3 Sticks UNsalted Butter (Room Temperature)
5 Large Eggs (Room Temperature)
1 1/2 Boxes of Pistachio Jello Pudding 3.4 oz
1 C Milk (Room Temperature)
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Almond Extract
1/2 Tsp Creme Bouquet
1 Drop of Green gel food coloring

1 Oz. Cream Cheese
2 C Powdered Sugar
1/2 Pkg of remaining Pistachio Jello Pudding or Less

Mrs Donna if you don’t want the grit from the pudding In the frosting just make the pudding according to the directions on the back of the box and just add however much you’d like to the cream cheese… I make a pistachio cake as well and that’s exactly how I make the frosting and you can’t taste the grit at all… just FYI 😉 Cake looks delicious

I made this cake for my sisters birthday...it was the best tasting cake I've ever made it was loved by all. I made a few changes to include 1/2 cup less sugar and I used a pistacio emulsion. Donna you're the best.
