I just started this and love the series. I am on a mission to complete one pistol squat on a balance board in one month. Would love to know how many reps and sets per exercise you would recommend

I never noticed it before. But the bottom of the staggered stance squat reminds me of a combination of the superhero landing and the position that people are in when being knighted. But I'm enjoying learning so that I can get my pistol squat.

@@littletfitness adding to that. I'm just kinda of confused on how to start if made sense. Do I first work on mobility? For me pistol is easier with TRX . but with out assistance I can give only half way all wobbly . When going all away down I can't even go up. I don't mean to bug you with this but I just want to learn and know where to start or focus on

My knees crack when attemping to do pistol squats. Any idea what it means? I need more warm up? 😄 Great video! 😍

my knees crack as well - not every rep or anything but sometimes they do after I haven't moved in a while! each person is different but for my its just my ligaments moving and creating that noise. its also pain free for me and im hyper mobile! I would consult a physio or Chiro or osteopath to know for sure what yours is
