Mulțumesc frumos, restul tin secret, asa se procedează 😅, dar inca n-ai vazut nimic, stai sa vezi ce urmează, muncesc si inca lucrez la editări dar zilele urmatoare vor urma cele mai interesante si informative dintre clipuri, ca de exemplu: reglarea tachetilor mecanici pe 1.9 tdi pd, strangere biele forjate cu verificare intindere prezon, reglaj injectoare cu ceasuri, distributie cu toate cuplurile de strangere si toate detaliile, va urma...

It looks but it turns out the paint was shit as it peals down now without even start the engine 🤣, im not bothered as long as the engine works fine, or should i say it last fine 😅

Thank you very much, i did finished the build but just at that point where i need to install the accesories on it but unfortunately i had no time to install it on the car and start it as i had to leave the country for work, so in the summer hopefully i will be able to do that and start it 😊

Did you take the piston oil squirters out when rebuilding your engine? As I put new ones in mine and I had troubles torqueing them up as it kept jumping on the threads while tightening.

Yes, i took them off, but it doesn't matter really, as long as you use the correct bit it should be fine.

I would say nice clean & precise work. What is beneficial installing piston rings on 180˚ instead of factory recommendation as 120˚?

For decompression, that allowed you to have more air and fuel mixture in the combustion chamber

Hopefully the power will be on the entire rev range, before to do that modifications it was allready lazy under 3k rpm so when you go that far with modifications that's something normal on a small engine, anyway will see what happends in december as the car resting right now waiting for engine minimum 1k miles "break in" , so ill see how it goes after that and keep you all informed.
