@WRCgarage mulțumesc frumos pentru sfat. Am tot căutat dar nu reușesc. Cel puțin nu mă descurc eu . Am înțeles că pe torente ar fi posibil dar asta o poate face doar cineva care are cunoștințe mai apropiate de calculatoare și programe. O să incerc sa vorbesc cu băiatul meu cel mic . El era mai "răsărit" la programe de calculator. Încă o dată îți mulțumesc frumos pentru ajutor. Toate cele bune!

You have everything you need to know explained in the video, i don't know wich previous one you mean, this is for PD engines, and the pin can be inserted back if you took it out that's not a problem

Hi! Am probleme cu pornitul, daca masina stationeaza peste 2 ore. Porneste la a doua/ treia cheie cu insistat bine, si pleaca balbait pana o ia. Sa suspectez oringurile de la injectoare? Dupa pornire, motorul se aude bine, si lucreaza oki.. Ce ma puteti sfatui sa fac? Multumesc!

@@WRCgarage ... bujiile au fost recent schimbate (mi-a zis electricianul ca pe tester (tableta lui) sunt bine.. se pot vedea acolo?.. sper ca nu au fost schimbate la misto🤔 Am mai inteles ca rle functioneaza ( sunt incandescente.. 1,9 tdi awb), doar de la -5 grade, in redt nu au tresba.. asa este?

@ ... a aparut aceasta problema, dupa ultima schimbare de filtre de ulei.. dar incet, incet.. pana la situatia de acum, cu porniri la a treia cheie ( au trecut 3-4 luni de la schimb) Am avut 4 zile consecutive, cand a pornit la sfert... dar apoi a trecut iar la stilul acesta. Mentionez ca dupa ce merg cu ea, si opresc undeva pt 10 min, pleaca la sfert... dar daca sta mai mult de o ora, apare iar pornitul acesta lung. Este posibil sa fie filtrul de motorina defect ( i-am strans si rotița de purjare de sub el), sau poate supapa de sens de pe el, ori un furtun crapat din cele ce intra in el? Poate fi si asta o problema?

@mihailucianconstantin2301 Da, rste undeva o problemă cu aerul pe alimentare, trebuie verificat unde s-a umblat, la filtrul de motorina si pe unde mai sunt coliere la care s-a umblat, sigur prinde aer pe undeva

why did you take measures of the piston rings? i have seen it many times on other rebuilds but i dont know why. If it is out of range, do you replace the rings or something?

@@xoancabado They have some specs in the repair manual and they must be in that specs, if they are "out of range" you just grind them untill they are in specs

They were just installed for testing, as they were custom machined. I don't know the ratio, but they have been replaced with stock PD150 ones as they were too smoky. They made good power, but I didn't like the smoke when cold, so I replaced them.

Great job, but it seems you need to overhaul your gearbox too, starting sound was perfect but the second sound was definitely gear box as long the clutch paddle is pressed sounds great and as soon you release the Paddel then comes this second sound which you can hier clearly. Many people refer this sound to thrust bearing which is wrong its the gearbox, when bearings have done there job enough.

@@shaanski Hello my friend, let me explain what's happening there as you definitely don't know what's about with this gearbox. So, this is a 02M 6 speed gearbox and they have 2 problems, 1 is the weakness of the brass forks and the second is the weakness of the 4th gear, now ive already upgraded to the steel forks and i was about to install a special designed 4th gear support wich i already purchased but i haven't had time to install it and the 4th gear gone before that, now i already did the swap to dq250 4x4 dsg gearbox and it's much better than manual. The sound wich you hearing when the clutch its not depressed it's the single mass flywheel (wich they are use in motorsport) because of that the gears in the box do vibrating on iddle but that's nothing to do with the gearbox performance.

Salut, posibil sa aveți ceva probleme cu vreun injector care nu funcționează corect la rece, trebuie pus testerul prima data si vedeți daca aveți vreo eroare ceva si verificați valorile injectoarelor
