Mike, I don't recall ever buying country style ribs, only spareribs and baby backs. But now, you've persuaded me to get them. Of course, your combination of Parkay, brown sugar, honey, Sticky Fingers sauce, and your homemade rub, gave these ribs a superlative flavor. But above all, it was YOUR cooking expertise that made these ribs great!

Just bought my Pit Boss about 3 months ago and picked up some Pork Country Style Ribs and getting ready to start hooking them up I like several of your ideas but what I have been doing is getting the meat and then watching several youtube videos such as this one and take some ideas from this one and add them to some tips from another one so far it has worked out great. before getting the Pit Boss it was just fire up the grill hope it gets the temp I want and pray it last as long as I need it to until I got my smoker with a side fire box I could add fuel as needed I even used direct heat with it but I burned one up in just a few years and the next one was heavier but the temp was just hard to maintain. The Pit Boss is awesome keeping the heat at the desired temp and feeding the pellets as needed ... thanks for sharing the video and the hot tips thumbs up subscribed and ring of the bell
