@@rubaneitor That was the first connection I drew. I'm only now discovering this band, but I've always loved The Strokes, I felt like their sound, the right amount of rhythm and melody, and a voice that is on the edge of some punk kid and Frank Sinatra. His voice has the same spirit to it, though I'd put my money on the Strokes in a battle of the bands. They have some strange magic with their songcraft that is tough to match. These guys are based in Seattle right now though, so I'm definitely going to look out for a show.

on first read of this comment i thought it may have just been because he was being conservative in using his higher register with this this performance, which i thought was disappointing; but after listening to the whole video i can definitely tell this is 10000% true, ive never heard him be able to control his voice so well in a live before this one.
