pls be careful..Ruparel builder tenant ko ghar dedo then u sell the flats to outsider, this project took 12 yrs to complete still it is under construction.. Building khade khade purani ho gayee..OC will take more time.

Agreement draft token hone ke baad dete hain, ya registration k just before, till then people have paid much more than booking amount, then customer doesn't understand the complex terms Why ReRa doesn't provide a standard agreement format to avoid such corrupt tricks?
