Can you create a video regarding presenting and leading meetings? This will include the actual verbiage to use during intro, how to move to next agenda item (verbiage to use), how to close the subject, follow up question examples and etc. As a new pjm, this is where I struggled.

Hey! So generally the courses (professional) are basically the same price to sit the exam. Also it depends on what pm course you want to do. You’ll need to do research to determine the best course for you

Thanks for your video. I have used a few project management systems. One I used (Clarty ppm ) couldn't do a critical patha at the time. Big thing a majority of them lack is the ability to do a proper WBS, which makes it easier for stakeholders to help map out / visualise the deliverables. Highly recommend the book Secrets to Mastering the WBS in Real-world Projects by Liliana Buchtik. Currently I am testing Microsoft Project for the Web (different to Microsoft Project Online). As Project for the Web allows you create Agile projects including Kanban, while also can be used for waterfall, and integrates with all the Microsoft platforms including PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerBi.
