What about the female who lured him to be executed. She was a part of it. Why is she not being charged? It's the same as the getaway driver, the ones in the car the one who helped to pull him out from under the table. She is guilty and should be arrested and tried just like everyone else. Sooo why exactly are they offered plea deals at all? Someone help me understand. Because it sounds like the court didn't want to do their jobs or be bothered with a trial. These men should all be locked up for a minimum of 25 years to life. They ALL acted in concert to kill this kid and terrorize NY. There's no excuse for a plea deal. They got all the information they needed to convict. It sounds like a miscarriage of justice. They even said one cat will get no time at all became switched. Snitched on what? They were all caught on video acting in concert. This is crazy.

@itsDatguy6502 жыл бұрын
Plea deals are a very common occurrence in the justice system. Makes the D.A look good (they get a guilty conviction for their records), saves time from doing a grand jury case, helps the defendant usually (an easier sentence than what they would've been charged originally charged with) and keeps both sides content. Charging somebody with a big charge and then getting a not guilty plea would be the ultimate injustice for the family

This is one of the saddest situations I absolutely hate hearing about. Sadly enough this is a pretty common occurrence in places like Chicago, LA, St Louis and Detroit. I grew up in south Yonkers and it was a pretty rough neighborhood. The kind of place police patrols tend to want to avoid. Bloods, crips and Latin kings as well as various street gangs would war with each other constantly. A lot of kids ended up in gangs because of broken families and the awful schools in the area. I got used to seeing violence from a young age. The local playground I used to spend my days at was riddled with bullet holes. My mom didn't really want me to go outside at all, she was always terrified. The alley way directly in front of my house was also a popular place for drug dealers, and was always being fought over by rival drug dealers. So yea, gun shots, drive bys, walk ups, stabbings. Don't go on Elm after 11. Mad grimy looking dudes pumpin crills (selling crack), fiends noddin (heroin addicts getting high) and not a cop to be seen. Living there changed me, forced me to grow up. Thankfully we moved to a better neighborhood. Everyone involved in this kids murder should never be allowed to roam the streets freely ever again.

It's not too normal in NYC for something like this to happen that is why it was a shock this is something I would expect in Philly, Newark, Paterson, or Baltimore being as though bitch as NYPD has time to harass people if they had their shit together this probably wouldn't have happened and if people weren't scared of ny gun laws and the the papi store owner wasn't such a bitch he would have popped all of them or just simply helped him when he needed help
