9:24 yari ashigaru in yari wall will shred yari samurai. They were breaking mostly due to being shot in the back by their own matchlocks and all the colors were making them go crazy

13:55 I also use other tactics though XD But C4 and me took on some really good players so of course I bring whats my best :D 17:34 My bodyguard got shot by archers so my general would have routed anyways a few seconds later, so I went for a last glorious charge Also the end was way closer than you might think. Actually it was their archers that ran out of ammo. Gun cavalry has enough ammo to kill an entire army by themselves. All that decided at the end is that we had archers and so the range advantage. But tbh I guess if they had played a bit more agressive at the end, they could have easyly killed our archers and then gun the rest down as we would have had no answer. But it was a cool battle and the battlefield was littered with bodies everywhere. It kinda looked like a Hollywood battlefield aftermath haha. So thank you Apollo for covering it :)

Interesting battle, with several twists until the end; On this map the combat usually focuses on capturing the forested hill, but here it didn't happen and they focused on fighting in the town, something very unusual. It was quite exciting and I think that if the team with Fall of the Samurai units had used their carbine cavalry more consistently, they would have won (I remember on one occasion losing a battle, only for not being able to kill two of those units of carabinieri, they massacred my entire army), since they are very dangerous in skilled hands, just like cavalry with a revolver.

Hey I got a cool idea! Do an Open field battle with Russia and America. ~10,000 troops each, 1,000 elite troops each. 10-15 artillery mixed. 1,000-500 cavalry mixed.

i find these fast paced games not fun at all, as you are absorbed by micro and skirmishing, great tactially but not fun, there are no lines clashing against lines but players playing like its some tournament, Great commentary as always tho.
