I'd say the loss of Arverni's General was the key to this loss being so bad. Had he lived, his troops could've held the line longer and I think it would've been a much closer battle.

Yeah you gotta love those kind of players. You opponent has a slight change because they was focusing on 1 strategy they outright quit or if they're your teammates it sucks. I haven't played any of these games but I've played plenty of others like it. When I play games like this even if I foresee my loss I still fight till the last man.

Wow! Didn't take long for that match to be over. If the 1 PF general didn't push like that they may have still been able to hold the line. Might not be for long but they would of at least stayed in the fight.

I disagree, cos then people just stack the heaviest factions against each other. Points give more strategy to the gameplay and thus more interesting actions made by both teams

@@MiaMikaelaaaa I get your point, but they are already only allowed to play each faction once in the tournament. They cant spam op factions each game. For me fighting for points does not fit well into this game. I would prefere a simple best of 3 or 5.

So if BoB pick two of the worst factions (worse than Averni and Boii) and lose, they still win the title, as long as PF pick Tylis/Rome.. ?? For this battle - Tylis and Rome. Against that, Averni and Boii might as well brought full armies of heavy horse and YOLO charged.

If PF picks Rome and Tylis and win then it is a tie and they do a pitched battle

So what would the points be for a Kush and Sparta attacking force? Or a Kush and strong anti cav army? Could the defenders look at a strong cav force to try and smash one attacker early on? Last would be great if you could start the discription with a letter for each team and first the battle number number for battle one or battle two followed last by a round ie round one win through that group then that's round two etc. Very easy to look for the second match so round one first two teams would be 1AB1 second battle would be 2AB1 etc etc.

as long as PF does NOT pick Rome (-5) and Tylis (-5) the next round (e.g. instead simply pick a -5 and -4 faction) and win, they will win the title. This is why picking the best factions in round 2 and not in round 1 is preferable.

I need help with this question. If the attacking team wins and ends up with negative 7 and the other team loses both games won't that mean the first team that defended will win with zero because the other team have negative 7

Parthias finest don't play well with his Skirmishers! Thats why the slingers unload at the Supporting units at the frontline.

In my opinion the final should be played to 3 winning games ! So suppose you had bad luck in youre 2 first matches, you still could be aible to win the final ! So if both teams have 2 winning battles the thirth one will be a thriller. So both teams have 2 chanses to beat defences of there opponents if there attacking !

@@marketableskills5374are tribal warriors that good? I would see Shotel Warriors as better due to their stupid amount of damage, that cut down armoured units like nothing. Also, It is a bit weird that Tylis put so high when it is just Kush and Rome that are ban in most MP games you can find

@@kiankier7330 for the price tribals are better than regular shotels. And Tylis has gallo thracians and oathsworn. So you can take like 12 big hitting mid tier infantry and one of the best elites and still have money for slingers and/or artilery. Ya cant build a kush army with 7 shotels for 860 and still have a robust army with other good infantry. Kush is of course a top notch faction but the lack of available diversity + expensive elite archers and midtiers drops em down a spot
