I absolutely love stuffed toys and no longer care if people think I'm too old for them so my Dad got me a life-sized pink pig for Christmas. Like the size an actual pig would be. And it's the same thing where you said your Mum remembered what you liked because this pig was in a construction/home decor store and I was there with my Dad to pick out like a toilet or something random and I saw the pig and expressed my love for it and then went on my way not at all expecting him to go back to buy it. And I love it so much; bonus points because I got to scare my cats with it the first time they saw it.

3 weeks ago I got hit by a car and have been in hospital ever since, in the accident the beautiful vintage opal ring my mum got me for my 21st birthday (that I wear every single day) got so mangled when they finally got it off my finger it was ruined! my mum tried to get it fixed but it was impossible and I cried and cried but she managed to replace it with a beautiful vintage gold and peridot (my birth stone) ring! when all my swelling goes down that heckin' bad boy is never ever coming off!
