I have watched dozens of pixinsight tutorials to learn and improve my processing skills. Your tutorial is probably the best processing tutorial I have encountered. Your explanations are clear and to the point. This tutorial has clarified so many critical details in DBE, repaired HSV, arcsingh, MMT, TVG, and LRGB combination just to name a few. I followed this tutorial exactly in my processing of M13 and the final result may be my best processing to date. I can't wait to use the techniques learned here on my next astro project. Just started to shoot and process my M3 Globular Cluster data. Brilliant tutorial 👌🏼 Especially the Noise Reduction and HSV part. Great job👍🏼 Hope I can pester you for more PI processing tutorials . Very good workflow and very helpful, thanks. I had read about HSV repair for improved star colours but couldnt get it to work. You explained it perfectly and it improved my M13 stars, thanks! Also first time I've seen ArcSin Stretch explained, much better than the STF and HT routine! Subscribed.

Excellent video. A help in the min 21:00 of the video, if you drag the identifier of the image on the left over the identifier of the right image you will get the same zoom in both images so that you can compare them.

New to PI - would this guide be suitable for any LRGB data such as for the M42 nebula?

For the most part, yes. You'll probably want to do some L deconvolution prior to linear noise reduction, and try fiddling with additional nonlinear processes (local histogram equalization, HDR multiscale transform, more curves, etc)
